Hello, Dear Smile Studio Family.
It’s hard to believe it’s been two years since we opened our doors here in Westchester. Thinking back to our first anniversary blog “One Year of Smiles in Westchester” fills me with gratitude. Back then, I wrote:
“From day one, our goal has been simple: to provide top-notch orthodontic care while building lasting relationships with our patients.”
That remains just as true today, but now, after two years, that goal is carried by more than just vision. It’s carried by a team that’s grown, learned, laughed, and cared alongside me.
The Heart Behind the Smiles
When I first envisioned Smile Studio Orthodontics, I pictured a place where patients would feel seen, supported, and confident. Over the last two years, our team has become the living embodiment of that vision.
I’m endlessly proud of each staff member, from our receptionists who greet families with warmth, to our assistants who skillfully guide patients through each step, to our treatment coordinator who make appointments feel seamless. Their care, empathy, and professionalism make all the difference daily.

More than once, I’ve paused mid-day, looked around, and felt deeply thankful: for the laughter in the clinic, for a team member who stayed late to help a patient, for someone who mastered a new piece of technology so we could provide even better service.
Reflections from Two Years In
Over these two years, I’ve seen:
- Connections built: We now treat multi-sibling families, kids who’ve grown up under our care, and new adult patients who heard about us from neighbors.
- Trust earned: Families referring others, returning for adult treatment, and sharing their stories.
- Collective growth: We’ve learned together: refining workflows, adopting new tools, and deepening how we care for each person uniquely.
Behind every smile is a story, and we’re grateful to play a small part in each one.
Looking Ahead: What’s Next
Our journey is far from over. In fact, I believe the best is still ahead. Over the next year (and beyond):
- We’ll continue to invest in our team: offering deeper training, fostering shared leadership, and creating moments of joy in our workplace
- We’ll expand how we tell stories: more video interviews with staff, fun “day in the life” features, behind-the-scenes glimpses so you know the faces caring for you
- We’ll uphold and refine our promise: to stay personal, responsive, community-oriented, and tech-forward
I’m excited to walk this path alongside my team and alongside every patient and family who places trust in us. Thank you for letting us be part of your smile journey.
